Insurance & Receiving your Order

Each original artwork is fully insured for its total value. For this protection to be effective, it is mandatory to follow the receiving procedure outlined below.

Receiving Instructions (Mandatory)

If you notice that the packaging is damaged or if you have any doubt regarding the condition of the artwork:

  • Refuse the package: This is the safest solution.

  • OR unpack it in front of the driver: You must inspect the artwork and document any damage in the presence of the courier or postal worker.

  • Contact me immediately: Call me without delay at +33 6 41 57 73 92.

Refund Policy

Your artwork will be fully refunded only if these express conditions are met.

Warning: If you accept a damaged package without a formal inspection and a signed report in the presence of the delivery person, you will be held responsible and no refund can be issued.

Other Products

For items other than original artworks, if the packaging is damaged, please also refuse the package and contact me. We will find a solution together to ensure your complete satisfaction.
